Just wanted to say thank you very much for a lovely stay at Beachcomber Cottage. We love the house and the area and will definitely be returning.
We’ve had a lovely week at Green Cottage . The cottage is so well located near the beach! We’ve been able to go there a lot as well as to Felbrigg Hall which was beautiful and had summer games for the kids. Thanks for coming over to see us on our first evening and for the welcome treats!

Creek Cottage was a huge success with our Australian visitors – they loved the lavender, the swans and cygnets on the pond, and especially loved the Dun Cow. I’m hoping to come back in the autumn. I know, that’s 3 times in one year!
We have had a great time at Creek Cottage. Our favourite bits were sitting on the front lawn watching the sun set. Lunching on the patio, Walking to the beach and having a swim. Walking to the dun Cow for a lovely meal in their Garden and walking along to the village shop to get treats! We’ll be back.

We’ve had a great week here in Beachcomber, blessed with great weather. First visit to Norfolk for me and 2nd visit for Julia (previously age 9) and we will definitely be back. Lots of nice walks both inland and coastal, lots of bird watching, particularly at Cley and other National Trust sites. A couple of visits to The White Horse did not disappoint. Thank you.
We’ve had such a lovely time here at Beachcomber – the weather was amazing. We were fortunate to see two Humming Bird Hawkmoths, one in the front garden and one in the back garden. Already looking forward to our winter break here too!
Casa Verde was the perfect setting for a three-generation family getaway. The house is spacious, with two terraces ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. We loved the outdoor shower and plunge pool during the midday heat, and the little motor boat gave us a fantastic way to explore Alcoutim and the Guadiana river. We played padel at the village court, swam in the local pool, and had great fun at the beach bar in Alcoutim. The zip line from Spain to Portugal was a highlight for all. A perfect mix of relaxation and adventure — we’d love to return!
The Birdhouse is a tranquil bothy with views of The Cuillins and Raasay over breakfast, with birdsong from a huge array of birds. Lots of info about local walks, swimming and where to eat, all fabulous. We had the most wonderful week for our 30th wedding anniversary and we recommend highly.
